We hope you always find our products as per your expectations, and you may never need to check our Return and Replacement Policy. However, in the extreme case that you do need to return or exchange, here is our policy.
Domestic Orders
- You can place your Return/Exchange request at our Returns Centre or write to us at info@hwonline.in or +91 9999407437
- Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 5 working days after deduction of shipping cost of both side.
- Exchange and Replacement can be done for sizes, wrong, and defective products. If you want a different product during Exchange, connect with our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process.
- Return/Refunds are accepted for product quality issues, wrong product, missing items, and unavailability of the required size and even you do not like it.
- If an incomplete or missing or damaged product is received, clear unboxing video is must of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Our team might request further information/images to evaluate your Return Request.
- To avoid the hassle of Return and Exchange, please consult our size chart on each product page to choose the correct fit.
- HW offer a Reverse Pickup Option for most pincodes in India. However, if the Reverse Pickup Pincode is not accessible by our logistics partners, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and share the tracking details by email.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will initiate once the product reaches our warehouse, and the amount will be directly credited to the source account within 1 – 3 working days. “COD orders/Pay on Delivery orders” will be refunded also after deduction of shipping cost of both side.
International Orders
Exchange / return is applicable on international orders also however Logistic cost will be beared by the Customer. Cancellation requests are accepted although the order is placed however consider a refund of the customer’s order amount after deducting the all charges incurred by the brand while processing the order and having the products shipped to the customer. Charges like: Shipping cost, return duty charges and any other charges like payment of Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- We urge you to do check our Size Chart on each product page while ordering.
- In case you have received a wrong, smaller size, or damaged product, we request you to write to us at info@hwonline.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photograph/video of the product (size, damaged, missing, or wrong product). Our team shall get in touch with you and assist you with the refund or replacement, whichever is applicable.
NOTE: A product Unboxing Video is a must for missing or damaged product complaints.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be initiated to the original account once we receive the product, which will be credited within 6 working day.
